Would we live in them?
We have been letting student properties in Falmouth and Penryn since 2013; we’ve built a portfolio of high end, well maintained flats houses and apartment blocks, from one-bedroom to nine. Our standards are high. we ask ourselves if our children would live in them. If not, we don’t manage them, simple.
Good homes = good study
We’ve all been students in the past, so we know what the workers, bosses and entrepreneurs of the future need. Being comfortable, secure and well-located near beaches and town makes for stable and sociable university life; clean, modern homes equal good study. We only chose the best properties, and, if they don’t match our expectations, we advise our landlords to make some changes (and ask them to update them when necessary).
Location, location
We know Falmouth better than students, so we know the best places to live. All of our houses, flats and apartment are in the best locations. If they’re not, we don’t take them on.
The boring but vital stuff
Many of our properties are licensed HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation) and they all meet current regulations (gas, electric, PAT testing, fire regulations). In order to secure a property with Digs every student will need to submit student ID cards, a guarantor utility bill and proof of right to rent
All deposits are secured with My Deposits Protection Scheme.

Change of Tenant - £200
