Charlie, is our property expert with 25 years in the game, mostly in Falmouth and Penryn — what he doesn’t know about student property in this area isn’t worth knowing.
Hailing from Mawnan Smith, he’s been living in the area since he was five, and studied at Falmouth Marine College.
He ran his own estate agency in Cape Town, South Africa, for four years, was a director of his family’s holiday letting business for three years, and started selling and renting properties in Falmouth and Penryn in 1997.
In the office, he’s always laughing (loudly), joking, and sometimes singing. Outside of the property market, he gets close to nature, camping, fishing and spending time with his family.
