Digging deep
Two years later we re-branded, relaunched and relocated to our contemporary office on Killigrew Street in Falmouth.
For a number of years we offered free advise to clients who were sent to us from other local estate agents, kindly sharing our expert knowledge of the local rental market so that they could make an informed purchase. Consequently, we decided to branch out into property lettings, and more exclusively HMO's (houses of multiple occupancy).
In 2016, we re-launched and haven't looked back since. With hard work and determination, we have managed to build upon our already excellent reputation, and thanks to our customer-focused ethics, we are now looking forward to a 'sea of possibilities'.
Our philosophy and approach
The key to our success is a philosophy of less is more: less clutter, no hidden fees and no jargon; more personal attention, extra availability and added transparency, from viewings booked and contracts signed, to maintenance requests, feedback and inspections.
